We are excited to welcome our students back to the studio for small group classes being held this summer.
At CCB we are dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our students, staff and faculty. We are proceeding with caution and taking things slow and week by week with our class offerings this summer. CCB is self-certified with the state Department of Economic and Community Development and we are committed to complying with the state's sector guidelines at all times.
Please scroll down and read through all items and information on this page carefully so that you are aware of our reopening policies and procedures.
How To Sign-Up For Classes:
-Class offerings and schedules will be announced on a weekly basis.
-The weekly class sign-up sheet will open on the Saturday before that week's classes at 11:00am
-Class size is limited and spots will be filled on a first-come/first-served basis
-Once you have secured a spot in the class(es) of your choice, then you must come back to this page and click on the payment button to pay for your classes in advance. All classes must be paid for in advance and online. We cannot accept payment at the studio. If you reserve a spot and do not pay for your class then the spot will be opened up for another student.

Week of August 10:
--Tuesday August 11-- Level 4/5 from 10:00-11:30 at CCB (10 student max.) Level 2/3 from 10:00-11:30 at CCB (8 student max.) Level 2/3 from 10:00-11:30 ON ZOOM (unlimited) -Zoom link will be emailed to all Level 2 & 3 students and posted on the Facebook group page. -Students are not required to reserve a spot through SignUpGenius to attend on Zoom . Just skip to the "PAY FOR YOUR RESERVED CLASSES HERE:" section to pay the class fee
--Thursday August 13-- Level 4/5 from 10:00-11:30 at CCB (10 student max.) Level 3 from 10:00-11:30 at CCB (8 student max.) *Sign-up is required for in-studio classes only. You do not need to sign-up to attend on Zoom - just proceed to the next section to pay for your Zoom class
-If you are taking class at CCB, please be sure you have reserved a spot in class first before paying

RE-OPENING POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
Studio Facility & Staff Protocols:
All areas of the building that are being used for classes and all equipment and frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
All doors in the building will be opened before and during the time that the studio is in use. *Please be aware that the studio may be much warmer than usual on hot summer days.
Windows in the building will be opened and fans have been installed in windows to both bring in fresh air and exhaust air out of the building.
The barres will be wiped down and sanitized between each class.
The floors will be cleaned and sanitized with a disinfecting steam cleaner between each class.
Bathrooms will be wiped down and sanitized at regular intervals.
There will be a 15-minute window between all classes to allow for cleaning.
Staff will wear face coverings at all times.
Teachers will wear face coverings before class and in the building common areas but remove face coverings when they begin teaching class. During class time teachers will maintain a distance of 12 feet or more at all times.
Student Requirements for Attending Classes:
Students who are participating in summer classes and their family members should continue to follow local advice on social distancing and limit exposure outside of the home when possible.
Students should only come to the studio if feeling completely well with no symptoms of illness.
Students should not come to the studio for a private lesson if anyone at home or anyone they have recently come in contact with is ill.
Arrival at the Studio:
Please take your temperature before coming to the studio.
When you arrive at the studio please line up outside the double doors on the side of the building. Staff will be present to assist with spacing in line and will tell you when you can enter the building.
Please wear a face mask/covering when in line and when you enter the studio.
Students will be admitted into the building one by one.
Upon entering the building students should proceed directly into the studio for their class.
Bring only a small bag and a water bottle (the water cooler is not available at this time). *You can bring these items with you to the barre.
Parents and siblings are not allowed in the building. You are welcome to wait outside - We have a few new benches or feel free to bring a lawn chair.
In the Studio:
You can proceed into the studio and find your place at the barre. Please bring your bag with you and place it on the floor near you
Once you are at your place at the barre you can remove your face mask and place it in your bag.
You may use the bathroom if needed.
During class students will remain in their own section of the barre and in their own designated space in the center. Teachers will remain separate from students in the front of the studio.
If students leave the class to use the bathroom or for some other reason they must put their their face mask back on.
Leaving the Studio:
Students will be released one by one out the back door of their class studio. Parents should drive around the back (middle studio) or side (big studio) to pick up their dancers.
